CAN Telematics provided a solution that CP Police could pilot prior to the Olympic torch relay. Ultimately this technology was used and all torches remained accounted for during the entire relay as planned. With Officer safety as our primary concern, we have adopted Trakopolis for all of our Fleet Management needs and are currently fitting our entire fleet of police vehicles with Dual Mode (cellular and Satellite) tracking equipment.
